16:00 – 18:40 / Theatre Endla Main Hall Cendrillon 
19:00 – 20:00 / Exhibition Hall (behind the main hall) Opening of the competition – introducing of Jury and participants. Drawing lots for the performing order. Meeting pianists for rehearsal schedule.

Monday, 11 September

8:00 – 12:00 / Rehearsals in Pärnu Music School (Aida Street 4), entrance from the back door of the Concert house (Kontserdimaja)
12:00 – 20:30 / Theatre Endla Main Hall The 2nd round of the competition

Tuesday, 12 September

8:00 – 12:00 / Rehearsals in Pärnu Music School
10:30 – 11:45 / Theatre Endla Exhibition hall Feedback for the singers who did not pass to the 3rd round
12:00 – 18:00 / Theatre Endla Main Hall The 3rd round of the competition
19:00 – 21:40 / Theatre Endla Main Hall Cendrillon

Wednesday, 13 September

10:30 – 11:45 / Theatre Endla Exhibition hall Feedback for the singers who did not pass to the 4th round
12:00 – 16:00 / Theatre Endla Main Hall The 4th round of the Competition
17:30 – 21:00Estonian-style event in the countryside (Maria Talu – appr. 30 km from Pärnu) for all the participants and the Jury. Casual dress. Announcement of Finalists. Organized transport from. Meeting at Endla Theater cafe corner at 17:00. Returning around 21:00

Thursday, 14 September

12:00 – 13:30 / House of Arts (Pühavaimu 8) Feedback for the singers who did not pass to the Final
15:00 – 16:30 / House of Arts (Pühavaimu 8) Lecture by Hans Nieuwenhuis “Audition: The Magical Five Minutes”
18:00 – 19:30 / Villa Ammende “Meet and Greet” with Vesselina Kasarova

Friday, 15 September

14:00 – 17:00 / Pärnu Concert Hall Rehearsals with the orchestra for finalists
19:00 – 20:30 / Pärnu Concert Hall The final round of the Competition
20:45 – 21:30 / Pärnu Concert Hall The results of the Finals. The Final Ceremony of the Festival
21:30 / Villa Ammende / Banquet for finalists, sponsors, and the jury
