The 8th Klaudia Taev International Competition for Young Opera Singers
will take place in May-June, 2013 in Pärnu, Estonia.

The Competition is a main event of the Pärnu Opera Music Festival - PromFest and will be held in co-operation with Pärnu theatre Endla, Estonian National Opera, and supported by Pärnu City Goverment, Estonian Ministry of Culture, Cultural Endowment of Estonia, Estonian Public Broadcasting.
The Competition takes place once in every two year.

The President of the Competition is a singer and a writer Toomas Kuter.
The Artistic Director of the Competition is a conductor Erki Pehk.
